I am a competitive natural amateur body builder. I have been training competitive athletes such as figure fitness females and body builder females and males as well. Body building is my life and I will continue lifting as long as I can. I have been trained by national level competitors and professional body builders. I have been studying continuously in the last 8 years. I studied biomechanics, kinesiology, nutrition, human movement analysis, anatomy, metabolism. Currently, I will start my nursing degree and take biochemistry specializing in protein synthesis.  Anyone who trains with me can be sure that she/he gets the most updated and efficient work out to improve her/his body on the fastest way. I support my clients with personalized meal plans, work out plans and cardio plans throughout the program.
